Left to me i pick The Wolverine (biased answer ) but after seeing the Deadpool movie( and oh yeah finally got to watch the movie )and reading about the character itself from various sites and references,i was astonished by what the character Deadpool could do. This is a list of his awesome powers :
1- Accelerated healing so strong that even when decapitated can still regenerate , provided his head is near by,sometimes the head is not needed,he would just grow a new one.
2-Invulnerability to psychic and telepathic powers due to the effect of brain cells regenerating as they are being attacked.
3-A trained mercenary and assassin,expert swordsman and marksman adept in many form of martial arts.
4-He's basically immortal.
5-He's multilingual can speak Japanese, French, Spanish, Italian and his native language English.
6-He is super cool(yeah that is a superpower).
7- Since Deadpool is aware that he is a fictional character, he uses this knowledge to his advantage to deal with opponents or gain knowledge to which he should not normally have access, such as reading past issues of his and others' comics. Deadpool even knows he has a Wikipedia article and hopes his fans keep his page updated(talk about crazy).
All this are just the little i can muster about Deadpool abilities ,known as one of the strongest hero in the Marvel universe who once killed all heroes in the Marvel universe.
1-Wolverine healing factor is known as one of the best, by repairing and regenerating damaged or destroyed body cells faster than human being or mutant.
2- His bone made completely of adamantium which is one of the rarest and strongest metal on planet earth. It makes attacks on him futile but in turn making his own attack much more stronger than usual ,the adamantium in his body is like a defense mechanism protecting him because the only thing that can cut an adamantium is another adamantium. (good luck finding that )
3-He is basically immortal because his healing factor slows down his aging process despite being born in the 19th century he still has the conditioning, appearance, and vitality of a man in his physical prime.
4-Wolverine sense of sight, smell and hearing are super humanly acute. He sees object at greater distance with perfect clarity even in total darkness. His enhanced hearing allows him to hear sounds an ordinary human won't hear. (not even Deadpool could hear the sound). He uses his sense of smell to track target even when the scent of the target has been eroded by environmental or natural factors. This ability makes him to even identify shape shifters.
5- His claws are made of adamantium which can cut through any object even solid of any making except from adamantium itself and Captain America vibranium alloy shield. Although in terms of durability Captain America shield isn't as strong as adamantium seeing as Colossus and Iron Man once broke it.
6-His martial arts skills are way beyond any hero in any universe including Batman of DC ;he is an expert in virtually all forms of martial arts, a tactician due to his immense knowledge he has gained from battles and war he fought in as he lived on and when in berserk mode, he lashes out with the intention and aggression of an enraged animal killing whatever he finds on it's path. Though he loathes it, he acknowledges the fact that it has saved his life sometimes
7- He is much more multilingual than Deadpool.
As i said before i love Wolverine so i will choose him over Deadpool but if you feel in any way why Deadpool would win in a fight against The Wolverine, please by all means comment your thought (see what i did there )
