Let's begin with a game I think we have all come to love. I'm talking about Mortal kombat X, an awesome video game created by Netherealm studios. The same developers of injustice, wwe immortals and batman Arkham Knights.
The game was introduced to us firstly on ios devices on april 7,2015 before going to sony playstation 4 and microsoft Xbox one after a week (april 14 2015) and and finally on andriod devices still in the month of April . Mortal kombat X has since then been one of the most played game having up to 15 million users playing the game, making it one of the biggest launch in MK history. The game consists of both single-player and multiplayer ,most praises(talking about me )was directed to it's game control , storyline , graphics(let's not get started on the graphics) and characters,with some reviewers(again me )calling it one of the best game in Mortal kombat series.
Mortal kombat gameplay consists of two players or one, fighting against each other using a variety of attacks, special moves and awesome x-ray fatalities. It also includes story mode, king of the hill,test your luck,survivor and living towers which we all know evolved from Mortal Kombat Challenge Tower where the playing conditions changes every hour or more. Another new mode( my favorite) is faction wars ,where the players will choose from one of the five factions: Black Dragon, The Brotherhood of Shadows,Special Forces,White Lotus(my faction) and Lin Kuei to fight with. And they join an online platform competition with others ,fighting and winning point for their faction to contribute in the conflict between them and to make their factions rank up. The individual players also rank up in the process and earn special rewards such as coins ,souls,equipment and support etc.
One major thing i love about Mortal Kombat X is their bonus ,they do know how to give a good bonus,their season last for a week or two unlike injustice that is more of a month season meaning you have to wait a month just to get your reward. And in MKX the reward are better and bigger than any thing i have ever seen ,i really don't see any reason for one to use cheat in this game at all, i mean all my characters moves are all filled up and i didn't even use cheat ,it's just so awesome,it's like a version of injustice i never had but wish i had or exist . MKX is like the cool boss who gives you a day off if you ask and still pays you bonus with your salary, he might even increase your salary and give you a good promotion unlike some games(injustice)where you work your ass off and you are still where you are.
I have to say MKX has one of the most amazing characters that i have seen and the new ones are also amazing talking about Cassie Cage,Kung Jin(my favorite),Jacqui Briggs and Takeda. The characters individually and together have their strength ,for example when you pair Cassie Cage with her parents Sony Blade and Johnny Cage together the group get a 20% health and 50% attack imagine what you could do with that . Balanced Kenshi on the other hand gives all spec ops characters one full bar of power at the start of every match, same with Mournful Kitanna only that her own gift goes to outworld characters.
Mortal Kombat X generally is a great game ,though it had it's up and down especially on andriod devices where most time during gameplay it freeze or force close itself and the challenge took like forever to play but the game was just to awesome that i overlooked all the flaw it had. Ever since the release of the game all i have seen or heard are positive reviews , IGN gave it an 8.4/10 GAMERADAR gave the game a 4 star and finally GAME INFORMER gave it a 9.2/10 , i can proudly say this game is worth playing.
